Rays Soft offers a 100% Refund on all design services, subject to certain conditions. Please note the following cases in which the refund policy is void:
After accepting multiple revisions, the client may be entitled to a 50% refund after discussing with their Project Manager. The approval of the refund will be at the discretion of Rays Soft Management, and their decision will be final. If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only apply to that service, not the entire bundle. Cancellations of orders before project initiation, unrelated to the design service itself, will incur a 33% cancellation administrative fee.
Note: Rays Soft reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract if necessary. After a refund, you are not authorized to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Rays Soft as the rightful owner.
Services not related to design services are not eligible for refunds. They are not covered by our 100% money-back guarantee. If such services are acquired as part of a Package Deal, they cannot be used to request a refund for the entire package. Examples of such services include:

We will promptly respond and initiate the necessary analysis upon receiving your refund request. Once the required assessment is complete, we will proceed with the refund process per the abovementioned policy.
If you wish to cancel a project before its initiation for reasons unrelated to the service, you must submit a refund request within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. Failure to do so will result in a service fee if a cancellation is requested after the initial 24 hours.
After receiving your refund, you will relinquish any rights to the designs submitted by Rays Soft unless there is a mutual agreement between the company and the customer through written communication. This information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to ensure legal compliance.
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction and offer an unlimited revisions policy to achieve that goal. We strive to exceed your expectations and will continue to make revisions until you are entirely satisfied with your design. The number of revisions will depend on your chosen package.
The complete order will be sent to your specified account on the date indicated in the Order Confirmation. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The turnaround time will be in accordance with the selected package, with a minimum requirement of 2 business days. Websites will only be made live once all outstanding dues have been cleared. No website will go live if there are any unpaid fees.

Upon the client’s request for finalization, Rays Soft will provide the finalized designs. The client will receive all the core files of the logo and possess 100% ownership rights.
The client will exclusively own the Final Design provided by Rays Soft. Ownership rights to the finalized design will fully belong to the client. The client is free to use the finalized design as desired. However, the client will not own any materials, media, or content generated during the revision process leading up to the Final Product.

Rays Soft retains records of finalized designs to assist in case of any misplaced orders. This enables us to provide clients with the exact files they need.
Our Customer Support Team is available during office hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM GMT, to address any concerns or queries via phone. For any inquiries outside these hours, customers are requested to email us through the Team Works Account section, and we will respond on the next working day.
As a design service and consultancy provider, Rays Soft focuses primarily on designing and developing the services clients require. Our packages and services may occasionally include technical aspects to assist clients with their websites and emails. We will provide clients with basic Information and settings related to these services. However, Rays Soft is not responsible for providing comprehensive training or installing such services on the customer’s end. These services may include, but are not limited to:
Rays Soft will deploy the customer’s Website on a hosting server provided by us, a free service without any additional cost.
Alternatively, if the customer has purchased a hosting server from a third party, we will deploy the Website on that server. In the case of hosting on a third-party server, Rays Soft will not be held liable for any server or hosting-related issues. Please note that there is no Service Level Agreement (S.L.A.) regarding technical assistance or service outage unless separately purchased as an ongoing maintenance service.
Rays Soft will provide the customer with a user manual for utilizing the Website C.M.S. (Content Management System). However, we are not responsible for training the client on the C.M.S.
Rays Soft will provide the necessary settings and Information for the customer to install their emails. However, we are not responsible for installing the emails on the customer’s end or providing technical support for troubleshooting email errors. Please be aware that our emails are hosted on open servers accessible by all service providers.
Rays Soft cannot be held responsible for any failure by the customer to execute, install, or learn the usage of the aforementioned services, as the responsibility lies with the customer.
