Technical SEO Executive

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical SEO Executive to join our dynamic team at Rays Creations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind, adept at interpreting data to make informed decisions and implementing effective strategies to drive organic search performance. You will be responsible for ensuring our website adheres to the best practices of SEO and managing all search engine optimization activities.

Specific Skills
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO role.
• A solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Proficient in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• In-depth experience with website optimization tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
Responsible For
• Ensure the website is technically sound for SEO.
• Conduct thorough SEO audits of the website and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on the newly developed code.
• Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and others.
• Build systems and protocols internally that ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, retail portals, etc.).
• Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, coordinate content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, and other activities.
• Analyze and report on the performance of SEO initiatives and campaigns.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO and digital marketing.
